Refund policy

We are honored that you chose our website to purchase your cosplay costume. Your satisfaction is our constant pursuit. If you unfortunately find that our costume has any of the following problems and fails to meet your requirements, you have the right to return it and receive a refund. We also carefully inspect every order before shipping.

1. Defective product/missing item/size does not match our website size chart.

If you find that your package is missing items or the costume size is wrong, please contact us within one week of receiving the goods and send photos via email as evidence. We will resend the missing items to you free of charge. Especially for costumes with incorrect sizes, once it is confirmed that it is our mistake, we will make a new costume for you free of charge (a 1-2 inch error is acceptable and within the normal range).

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or washed items; Items with a smoke or perfume smell; Items with stains.

Important Notes:

1. Please note that the refund amount is only the listed price of the product and does not include shipping costs.

2. Buyers must return the product in its original packaging via registered mail (online tracking number required) at their own expense within two weeks of receiving the product.

3. We will issue a refund within 3 business days of receiving your return request, and the refund will be credited to your account within 24 hours of processing.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address/Upgraded Shipping Method

We will ship all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing complete shipping address information. If necessary shipping information is omitted during checkout, we will only issue a refund if the package is shipped to the wrong address (not matching the address filled in the order). If the package has been sent to the correct shipping address, we will not be able to issue a refund.
